chew like an aspie, have good diet and be active to make sure im producing enough hgh n test to promote bone growth

When i didnt have mastic i used to chew a whole pack of just normal gum put it in the freezer when im done then chew it again when i want to chew again, i bought mastic recently to chew tho.
