could be tmj replacement, most bimax dont reduce lower 3rd height anyway, if i am not mistaking

Is your situation as bad as the videos?
For me I have downgrowth so my upper maxilla is recessed too.. so I'm personally looking for something that can project my midface as much as possible + reduce paranasal hollowing

Yes I can combine jaw implants with custom TMJ prosthesis.

However we don't do TMJ replacement just for aesthetics you need severe TMJ disease to warrant replacement.
