Why would one inject subcutaneous or intramuscularly with purposes of heightmaxxing, because delivering the compound locally would be multiple folds more effective and possibly would reduce side effects slightly, any ways this can be done?

But I'm too pussy to perform intra-articular injections aswell ngl its almost as if they're sticking a harpoon in your knee

Yeah true and the chances of me injecting it correctly also seems like impossible, but delivering "heightmaxxing" compounds locally into cartilage is so much better than injecting shit subq or im and getting systemic effects

Have you seen videos of nurses shoving a needle inside a knee? The guy is literally screaming in agony whilst being on anaesthetic and liquid nitrogen

Yeah I have and the patients don't really seem to be that bothered when lidocaine and liquid nitrogen is used tbh

I mean that's not even a tiny bit realistic you cant turn 180 degrees and inject in your spine but injecting in your knee still seems kinda viable, not that I would do it though that shit is hard

it makes sense, it should in theory give more targeted effects and minimize systemic sides.
the problem is, most height-maxing compounds like GH, etc. diffuse rapidly into circulation regardless of where you inject them.
you’d need to directly inject it intra-articular or periosteal to even have a chance at local height effects.
like you said those injections are no joke, infection or hitting a joint capsule wrong is not worth it.
even researchers use imaging guidance for that stuff.
with that said, I'd be more than happy to see you attempt it. I'll support you throughout the whole process if you ever decide to do it.
