Just eat it. You can get empty pills and fill them.
I add into the tea I drink, but it's bad for teeth...
Organic vit c is good, but unrealistic. The amounts of vit c you can eat in a day(grams) you will never be able to get from the fruits. Like just check how much vit c lemon has(30mg jfl lmfao) that's why you should supplement and forget about organic anything tbh. But do it with the food, not alone.

drinking vit c is not good for your teeth it erodes them, as for gelatine capsules man its gonna be a hassle better of getting them packed
