Someone told me to try:
Day 1: 6L
Day 2: 5L
And so on, until you get to 2L, then drink water like before (3L) is a good water intake to aid/support debloating

Along with daily diuretics and potassium 4:1 sodium, I’m thinking to try this out, anyone know if it’s bullshit or not, and if it is a good cycle, can you explain why?
