About as cope as saying Tretinoin doesn't work because your acne didn't disappear from it. Everyone's face will respond differently and also a lot of people don't do it correctly. There's no issue with trying it though, delve into the realm of uncertainty and you might just be rewarded.

it could work or not, there is not really evidence for everything, since then you should try it because maybe it works, or maybe not, and you not lose much if you dont do it.
