It's not 'cope,' I guess it technically works if all you care about is forward growth but the change isn't permanent. It also just has serious side effects and not worth it.

worked for me because i had an 0.5mm adjustment and i did it like 30 mins a day combined with tough chewing so no, it doesn't work in the way YOU want it to.
