is tightening lateral corner a soft fix?

ive noticed mongo influenced people generally have more stretched out lateral corners while maintaining a relative Caucasian eye look

a example of this is obviously chico

you can see his lateral corners are stretched out, now the question is, is this something that can be done on a regular person with just bob plasty or regular plexy? or does it require a more invasive surgery? i ask this because if you stretch out the corners it would exceed the orbital box/rim which logically doesn't sound natural at all

maybe! thankfully i got the opportunity to make alot of money! so maybe it could actually work

also im not so sure tripod would be worth it, 1-2mm is huge but also sharpening the lids would be better roi
