I think Tinder algorithm also plays a part, no? I mean I am not trying to cope but I installed Tinder a few weeks ago when I visited Cluj and I got shitloads of matches and likes. I uninstalled it after I left Cluj and reinstalled a few days ago when I got back in my home town (small shithole with ~ 60k ppl) and I got some matches initially but it's dry af now.
