Getting double jaw surgery with infraorbital implants, supra orbital implants, jaw angle implants. Is titanium for sure the best for this in terms of aesthetic outcome? Was told by surgeon that silicone and peek would produce the result I wanted. So I’m kinda on the fence. It would be cheaper than titanium to by a couple thousand.

i mean every material has its drawsbacks and postives.

titanium is hard to replace, wont break like bone, so bad if you get hit
peek is easier to replace and break like bone
medpor has higher risk of initial infection, also hard to replace
silicone is easy to place, not well integrated, can move, can cause bone resorption, but has some aesthetic advantages in the infra region
