Is tongkat ali a good t booster

Yes but I wouldn't bank on it. Didn't make a difference for me. Maca powder was much more effective.

Cause I need some t I feel so empty and weak and I know thats not what my body wants me to think it's mental thing and I feel drained and weak all the time but I got high t face but I just feel weak leg get is numb shaky etc just feel vulnerable and I don't like it I had scrap with this kid and I was so cold I couldnt throw a punch cause it was so cold did get one on him and that sorted him he weren't 5ft like 6ft1 big frame tried jumping me but I sorted him out with the little motivation I have

Sounds like you need to add more muscle. Be smart about your food choices. Junk food and an idle lifestyle will be the death of you.

1-Taurine 2-citrulline 3-beta alanine 4-dessicated liver capsules 5-cordyceps (hawaii pharm is the best brand imo)
I depend on food for all other nutrients like minerals, fat soluble vitamins, b vitamins, etc.

honestly you can only increase T with boosters if you don't have enough zinc in the body & you don't need much. They really don't work

Taking something that increases LH and FSH levels is the only way to legit increase T as far as I know

for better overall blood flow I'd say yeah
I need that definitely cause I have no motivation and then that fucks up my blood flow and now I'm whining like a girl sorry g basically I was a lazy halo all that never went out and I think my blood flow is fucked my body and shit ill do a static exercise and knuckles will go purple legs shaky hands red looking like I got tumours tiring to quickly

The things I mentioned above are not intended to raise T directly but rather indirectly by enhancing your performence in the gym hence the T increase.
 
My overview on herbs to boost t:


Ashwaganda gave a good 14% increase in 8 weeks, thats not even that good. Forskolin lingers as far as I know around 16% for 12 weeks, the least cope is probably tongkat Ali. In for weeks studies have always shown an increase between 35% up to 50%, while free testosterone was even higher!!


Yohimbe is complete cope, so is tribulus terrestris, complete BS, dont take it.

saw palmetto only decreases the conversion to DHT, so nothing young people want. There was little evidence for it to increase T, and if so it was imo just because it wasnt converted to DHT. Dht is not as many think the bad testosterone, it is wayyy more potent in all aspects of masculinity, although ot is bad for your prostate and hairline, depending on genes. Young people shouldnt try to lower it tho.


Summary:
Overall those herbs can be healthy and help somewhat, especially Ashwaganda and Tongkat Ali, but raising testosterone naturally works pretty quick, too.

You can get similar effects, if not better with red light on your balls, heavy lifting (especially leg day), 16h fast, grape juice, brazil nuts, vitamine D... Its not always the prodigy herbs advertised on TV that do the job

T levels genuinely shown to increase with muscle mass built from the gym though?

Obviously guys with more muscle generally have higher T but that doesn't mean getting more muscle will raise them.

Also the things you mentioned, Do they all just increase blood flow? I might use them anyway to improve gym performance & just get better erections

Honestly idk if you get an increase in T after heavy lifting, but it would only make sense it increases since it's an anabolic hormone and the body needs to repair itself so yeah take it with a grain of salt. And yeah I'd say all of the supplements I mentioned work for a good pump.
