Is training to failure on AAS a bad idea?

My coach wants me to hit failure on every single set

After doing heavy incline and flat bench to failure I had wrist pain

I was doing 405 on incline

Then I did tricep push downs after and had elbow tendinitis flaring

ChatGPT said it doesn’t make sense to train to failure on AAS bc my strength is going up way more than my tendons can handle

Should I pin BPC daily to prevent risk?

I’m already on 4 iu HGH daily I’m on 1 gram test and my bench is going up like 20-30 pounds every week

damn son. gpt is right tho ur tendons arent adapting. if you watch the tren twins you wouldve seen how mike tore his pec. his muscles were able to lift the weight but his tendons werent. if bpc helps with tendons i suppose hopping on it wouldnt hurt

David Laid injured himself because he lifted more than his body could handle. Although, no one knows the dosage so there's that. Maybe you can ask your coach to increase frequency

Sleep is bad. I suspect high E2 - I wake up every night at 3 am wide awake and have to take melatonin to get back to sleep and wake up feeling shit.

Just bumped Aromasin from 12.5 mg to 18 mg on pin days.

Diet is good 200+ G protein but lower carbs

No alcohol or stims

Moderate stress

Got 8 surgeries 2 months ago so still recovering from that

i think its overated in general tbh (hitting failure). Pushed by bodybuilders who want to attribute all their success to 'hard work' rather then drugs abuse/genetics.

Also yeah when you are running a heavy cycle or using tren/orals that add strength quick, its pretty risky since the ligaments/tendons strengthen way slsower.
