i feel like im wasting time training this thing beacuse it will only give me that gymbro big arm look which i dont want

Obviously it’s important, it makes up 2/3rds of your arm

do one or two exercises so it doesn't look too wonky or unbalanced. biceps look more aesthetic anyways

Yes but not for size, I think it's aesthetic when the triceps is very defined
