Trimax sounds very scary but it’s literally just a bimax, and then they do a genioplasty.

If you got a bimax, then 2 years later got a genioplasty it would be the same result.

Pretty much guaranteed ascension. Just make sure you get braces beforehand to correct any asymmetries, then get the procedure.

Nothing looks worse than an asymmetrical bimax/trimax
