Is UEE genetic?

I asked someone if leaning down increases UEE even though not having prominent browridge, he said it's genetic, because as of now I'm kind of skinny fat, and I don't have upper eyelid exposure so I'm curious to hear your thoughts on this

Genetics and environment if you were put into a very cold place when younger you most likely would have the fat pads though I may just be coping

body fat barely changes UEE, unless you’re going from like 30% to 8%
