so i love milk but i cant buy raw milk in my city and i just drinking milk from markets.Is it bad and what are the best alternatives for this?

kefir is a good alternative
buying from a market isnt completely bad, I recommend buying whole milk as it is less processed than other milks like semi-skimmed
