bump surely at least one of u guys has got it?

@Lorsss told me that under eye fillers aren't good because they move and go to the cheeks and give u bloated face
Because of this I'll get infraorbital rim implants at Taban for around 9K
guess i will have to cope with concealer until i can afford taban

this is why i want to get filler before i spend all the money on implants. the issue might not be hollowness/lack of support but something else. if i get filler at least i can see if that is the issue

Hyperpigmentation.
Go to darkcirclesclinic in London.
It's the last and only hope I am aware of.
I'm also scared to have hyperpigmentation.
do you think you could theoretically use something like a Hydroquinone skin whitener to reduce hyperpigmentation? i think that could
be a possible cause for my dark circles

P.S. @xdxdxnice1 if you go there please let me know how it is. Also: where did you get the infraorbital rim implant? How much did you pay for it and was it good?

If you have hollowing of the under-eye, then yes, you would be a good candidate for filler.

It's a bitch of an area to treat, because placement of the filler in this area has to be so meticulous. Adding too much can create an unnatural appearance.

In saying that, I've had my under-eyes filled twice in the last year to restore volume and conceal some hollowing. It's great. On days I haven't slept enough, I don't wake up with the sunken eyes of a vietnamese school girl. You look more healthy and awake.

Just make sure you go to someone good who slightly under-corrects the area. Dermal filler is hydrophilic, which means it will continue to retain water for weeks, and possibly months, after it has been injected. The under-eye naturally is slightly concave. Complete correction of this area can create a puffy or bloated appearance. And that's when you start seeping into the unnatural or freak-looking territory....

Do fillers they dont fucking move + the quantity is small + you can easily dissolve them, naysayers here don't want solutions and look to discredit everything you must filter information and ignore them, fillermax

exactly. if done by a professional they won’t move especially in the tear trough area

no, it's not worth it because after few months the fillers migrate to your cheeks and make your face bloated.
orbital rim implants + concealer or nothing

that’s just not often the case for tear trough fillers though

I got it done and it’s definitely worth it. Apparently lasts 9 months.

Hey man, can you elaborate? I love the idea of under eye fillers, but i do worry about migration or the inability to fully dissolve.

I'm thinking of fat grafting instead, In the long run it will cost less and it wont make your face potentially sag

in the long term infraorbital implants are defiantly the best choice over fat graph and filler. i’m just using filler as a stop gap until i can save up the money for the implants

Do u have any examples of people with too much undereye support? Can it really look bad. Seems like its impossible to have too much but idk

Save your money for infraorbital rim implants. Bone mogs filler in every way

I really want to do an implant, but is there a concensus of which is superior and safer? How about accidents? Would the implant dislodge and tear your eyeballs out? The important questions. Ok that's it, I'm scheduling a consultation to find out

Using kojic acid rn to lighten skin under eyes, due to dark circles

There can be a line of demarcation just under the under-eye if there is a discrepancy of volume between the tear trough and the malar fat pad - the under-eye appears full, but the medial cheek remains flat. It looks obvious that there has been filler placed.

Adding volume to the medial cheek can help volumise the anterior corner of the eye, yet some people persist that they only want their tear-trough region filled. It's best to fill both the under-eye and the medial cheek simultaneously. The key to filler is achieving balance and harmony - you want all aspects of the face to be in proportion.

Bone? Aren't implants made of silicone?
Well they serve the purpose of bone. The results are permanent unlike filler and there is a hard substance underneath providing support for the soft tissue

Infraimplants>fillers. The fillers can make you look bloated. But actaully there is no really fix for shitty under eyes

Lefort 3 is usually the answer

Implants is gonna cost a lot with taban and Im not sure if it is actually good long term, I have read bad things about them in general but tbh depends what type you get. Getting it dislocated especially in that area can be really bad (like if you do boxing or something like that).

So basically 7 years of fillers vs implant.

Fillers last longer than advertised (not necessarily a good thing) and will certainly migrate to other areas of your face.
I‘d rather get infraorbital rim implants or under eye fat grafts since both are permanent.

nope, im getting Upper eyelid fillers instead. Taban will save me (NO COPE)

Eyelid filler loose skin blepharoplasty nonsurgical hollowness
