There’s been some talk about the combo of icehooding+eyelid pulling+orbicularis oculi muscle exercise, but I’m not sure how it’s gonna work out for you or if it works in general. Definitely worth to look into, as fillers in this area can be dangerous (higher risk area than lower third).
