I know ⭐️vemaxxing can help with weight loss but I want to know if if it reduces bf% or muscle?

Starvamaxxing is basically being in an extreme caloric deficit, so by definition it will reduce your total body weight, both from body fat and muscle (depending on how long you do it for).

But it's a fucking stupid strategy because it's unsustainable, you're going to suffer from nutritional deficiencies, you will lose muscle in the long run, and you're very likely to get metabolic damage. Just being in a normal caloric deficit even if it takes longer is the smartest thing to do no matter what.

U can avoid all of this by taking a GLP1, and only eating nutrient dense foods. I do a 1.5k - 1.75k deficit with 2mg reta, and eat chicken or salmon, pasta or rice, kiwis, bananas, vitamin supplements. This is the only way to do an aggresive cut.
