Im gonna start to take vitamin A and dosage of 25k iu every other day or should i take this per day for a short period to treat acne? Since accutane is a form of vitamin a i used the safer option which is vitamin a. But im afraid 25k iu is too much or should i megadose for the acne? Im so fucking tired of this acne so at this point ill do anything( but take accutane since its expensive and i havent got to a dermatologist)
