Currently dosing up on beta cerotine (3carrota a day), selenium vitamin A and Vitamin C to achieve better looking skin glow and collagen. + rough excfoliating with a mixture once every 1-2 days. Also perms sunscreen anytime I go out
Is this ok or am I just coping hard? Thoughts please.

Define "rough exfoliation".

Have a clay and red algae mixture (really cements itself onto the skin) I leave it in for 10 minutes then rub face hard around forehead, cheeks and neck with a wet cloth to remove dead skin.

You don't need to rub your skin hard.

Supplements aren’t “cope”. Fuck the mentality of labeling productive habits as cope. If the vitamins are helping keep taking them, if not then stop.
