I have pie redness and some lesions is vitamin c gonna help me or no?

Also whats a good moisturizing cleanser non abusive

wouldn't a cerave cleanser be good? i use a cerave fomaing cleanser because i have combination skin

not to sure about vitamin c though but id like to know as well
