Yes, vitamin E reduces the conversion of testosterone into estrogen (aromatase inhibitor), and reduces prolactin; both result in early bone growth plate closure.

It also has other significant properties such as in reducing and protecting against oxidative stress due to pufa consumption.

Yes, vitmain e is a low potency aromatase inhibtor but it's effect is very weak.

And yes it reduces prolactin,but prolactin isn't responsible for growth plate closure.

But there's a bad effect of vitmain e,it reduces hgh production by a bit in high doses.

Best is to take no more than 30 mg vitmain e per day
