Is Vitamins and Minerals/ Miconutrients cope ?

Legit i’ve known so many people who eat so minimal, like just rice, bread, potatoes, some meats, some brocolli, some eggs and thats all.

No fruits and cheese, or other micronutrients there missing out

In worst cases ive seen some only spend $20/a week on which consisted of just meat and rice… and still no health problems.

Is diet cope for looks/health ?
