Is Volufiline cope for eyebags? I can't find a consensus.

I've seen so many contradicting threads. Some say it works. Some say it doesn't. It makes me think of it as nothing but a placebo.
It might be an oversaturated topic, but I want to know: Does it really work? And if so, how effectively?

If not, what are other good softmaxxes to help with the lower eye area?
Surgery and pharms are outside of my current budget.

If you have dark circles, it means you are probably unhealthy in some way.

Products like creams or serums will not help. The only serum that does is caffeine serum, but it is temporary and doesn't fix underlying issues.

Focus on fixing your health and lowering stress.

Also, avoid lying down. It will bloat you like no other.
