doubt it, from what i’ve seen myself it’s 50/50, depends on a person. I dont know how true it is, but it’s what i’ve been noticing, half people claim they got “hunter eyes” from it and another half says it’s a waste of money. I myself believe it’s not worth it, slight eyelid exposure is not a big flaw, maybe even better than excessive hooding

u cant increase fat with a topical it makes no sense if anything youll see moisturizing effects
