Is water fasting good for debloading

I wanted to try water fasting because i have noticed my face being very bloated.

I have no knowledge on this matter and i wanted to ask if it would help with removing some bloat off my face

Hey, thanks for the reply.
What solution should i try then?
I have a really hard time getting girls since i think its cuz im bloaded really.
I have just gone off a 6 month bulk gaining 40kg and i feel very horrible about myself.
I was hoping water fasting would eliminate any unatural bloat.
