Ive got a feeling that nothing changes if i drink lots of water or not. Can someone with experience tell me if it really makes a difference?

I noticed more available energy and less bloating and less eye and mouth dryness when I started drinking more water.
Drinking enough water greatly reduces the risk for developing kidney stones too.
