Is weekly cocaine use as fun as people make it seem?

Previously was normally a bit expensive for me so I used cheaper alternatives. Used to have rich friends that used it quite a bit. Is regular use really as fun as people make out? When I say regular I mean 2/3 nights a week.
Also coke may help me cope until I get surgeries.
