He’s correct that we should eat raw meat and animal fat. Where he is incorrect is stating that it’s ok to consume fruit.

Whats wrong with fruit? Bananas and oranges are very good for you and i've done research on it.

Whats wrong with fruit? Bananas and oranges are very good for you and i've done research on it.
They are not good for you. Fructose is extremely toxic.
