Is what my Dermatologist just put me on cope or no?

He basically gave me Tretinoin Cream 0.05%, Minocycline 100mg twice daily, Panoxyl 10% Wash for bacne, and Clindamycin Phosphate Lotion. The reason I went to Derm was to see if he would just put me on accutane first and bro slapped me in my face and gave me this, ended up paying 130 bucks (not including $10 panoxyl) for it which is basically what i would've payed for accutane on Indiamart did I get scammed by big pharma or will this actually make a difference. Also my acne is some nodules here and there and mild face acne and ance across my back and shoulders.

shouldn't be stacking so many harsh actives. choose tret by itself or get accutane through indiamart

the reason its not that easy to get from a derm is the side effect profile

Not cope, but tretinoin doesn’t work for everyone (worked well for me). Rep me or mark as solution please
