my right side wisdom teeth cant go up because i am a narrow jawed birdcel, it doesnt hurt on rest but sometimes when a food gets there it hurts.

I can withstand it if the pain does not progress by time but i am not sure if it does progress.

would removing it cuck my face further? Getting bimax is unfortunately not an option for a couple of years.

Consult an Orthodontist so that you can determine if there's a solution before it does progress.

Yes it will, your bone will (relapse?) im not sure what's the right word. You really benefit from these 6-8mms of bone support to your jaws

i dont think there is a solution except getting bimax or getting removed. there is simply no room for an extra tooth in my jaw.

yes it's bad it means you ate like a fking dog when you were a kid and your jaw didn't have a reason to develop so now you have a problem, not your fault though you can thank your parents for that.

You need to remove it and no it will not effect your face.

In fact keeping wisdom teeth that dont have enough room will cause bone resorption. Not the other way around.

why so? most people in here usually say the opposite

But I would have thought that by repositioning the alveolar process forwards using this surgery, it would help reduce tooth crowding thats initially caused by wisdom teeth as you have essentially increased the volume in the oral cavity. Could you explain why its a bad approach?

because keeping wisdom teeth isn't important.

Subapical osteotomy risks all of your actually important teeth for an autistic obsession of saving wisdom teeth that dont matter.

normoid medical materials say it will cause bone reabsorbtion but they know shit about unusual cases unlike you but bone reabsorbtion is no joke i get anxiety trying to decide to remove it or not :feelswhy::feelswhy:

But have you ever combined an anterior maxilla osteotomy with a lf1 in one of your cases and noticed gains in oral cavity that allowed a negation of crowding caused by wisdom teeth?

But I guess wisdom teeth are usually removed before LF1 so its a dumb question, but potentially could it?

I would be curious as its similar to an SAO and seems to be much more commonly done in order to reposition the front teeth after an LF1 procedure has been undergone.

Yea it’s bad. Just deal with the pain instead

Thumbpull and eat fresh raw meat and your jaw will grow

wisdom tooth removal does not affect ur face in 99% of all cases

not removing it will cause damage tho, cuz the bacteria can damage ur bones

so what do u think about braces? do you think its as bad as people in here try to make it be or metal braces without occlusion bands are fine?

NEVER remove even if theyre impacted they WILL come in just wait, if its excruciating debilitating and theyre sideways just have them shave off the top DO NOT REMOVE THE WHOLE THING
