Is wisdom tooth extraction the end of me?

The photo on the left (t-shirt) is me at 64 pounds

The photo on the right (jacket) is me at 69 pounds

Although there is only a difference of 5 pounds, why is it that when I am 69 pounds, my jaw line is not as sharp as when I was 64 pounds?

Is it because I had 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed (2 xray photos before and after extraction I have placed below)

I asked 6 different doctors and they all said that my case does not affect the facial structure but I am still worried

Or is it simply because I gained weight and increased body fat?

I think so, the photo on the left (t-shirt) was 2 years ago when I hadn't had my wisdom teeth removed and the photo on the right is now, with a weight of about 69 in both photos, it's really no different from the real thing except for my skin.

There’s nothing to do know. It’s over with. Dental implants will give titanium toxicity which will darken eye color.
