Sure, if you're comfortable cold approaching. I was approached a couple months ago after class but she must not have liked my voice or something because I couldn't hold the conversation. I've only ever been comfortable talking to the teachers.

I go to mostly yin and restorative classes which have a lot of old people anyways. The hot girls are in more advanced and active classes.
