I don't eat that much and I have a small frame, so I can't fit much mass to begin with.

yes even shape, you will subconcously ignoring some part of your face or aligning in good angle,
trace it out on a picture taken few feet away

there's way too many factors involved for that to be universally true, and it's largely dependent on your self-perception (a narcy might see himself as chad while a pathetic self-hating bully victim might see himself as a giga subhuman)
also, camera and lighting make MASSIVE differences in what you're going to look like in pictures, both in terms of making you worse looking AND better looking than you really are.

Also you're mainly only going to focus more on your strengths while downplaying your flaws (not making them disappear, just downplaying them), it's really not going to change up the entire SHAPE of your face, it's not magic bro. What you're seeing in the mirror is really THERE, it's just that your brain is making you think what's there is more attractive to others than what it really is. If it worked the way you'd suggest every blackpilled person would look in the mirror and see themselves as giga angular jawed having hollow cheeked hunter eyed chads, but it doesn't work that way.

even in true mirrors your face SHAPE doesn't change. (and true mirrors are probably the #1 way to view yourself) with a close second probably being using a GOOD camera to take a picture from the proper distance away. But really what we're talking about here is ratios, and a mirror is always going to be more accurate for determining your ratios than a camera, because cameras don't work exactly like human eyes.

You can be a realist and accept that you probably don't look quite as good irl as you do to yourself in the mirror without trying to act like the mirror is a magic object that literally distorts the way you're SHAPED bro lol
Also this is all irrelevant, there's never any reason to rate yourself or even be rated by others. Your ONLY rating is your experience with women, it's not worth worrying about how you look to yourself (except when grooming obviously)
