atheism doesn’t make claims about where the universe came from. atheism is simply the lack of belief in a deity/deities. a person could believe the universe is a computer simulation and still be an atheist. not every atheist holds the same views

If Islam is true then everything it says necessarily follows which includes everything giant humans which can be done with a cumulative case for the truth of Islam.
