I read in a thread that chewing with the incisors can cause forward growth/chin projection but does that have a scientific background or is it just basically jutting
 
Yeah your basically jutting while chewing with incisors its a bad idea cuz u can develop overbite
^^^ same with thumb sucking it almost always causes overbite

chew with premolars nigger
 
When you apply to much tension on your molars all the time you get recessed cuz you are not putting any stimulation in ur maxilla, by chewing with ur fronth teeth you engage muscles that help with the expansipn of it

I remember the thread, July 2020. First off, jutting is musculoskeletal manipulation to give the appearance of forward growth, the supposed gains from chewing would be change in the cortical bone that would change the appearance of the face in a resting state but incisors chewing was bullshit anyway, I literally remember arguing with the op of that thread about its efficacy in achieving what he said it would.
