yeah theres some good theories that may possibly work but we have no proof as no one has tried it enough properly for a long enough amount of time
eg . bones smashing
in theory if wolfs law is true and this is performed correctly it should increase bone mass over time
or another theory i posted about the orbicularis oculi training which is suppose to increase canthal tilt and tighten lower eyelid in theory should work
