Who have hours and half to stay at gym every single time

Do compound only - bench , pull up, rowing, maybe some squats, leg press and deadlifts if u wanna

I hate isolated exercises i feels i am wasting the time at gym honesty

What is priority - looks masculine, big, athletic at clothes

Fuck insertions u are at clothes 99 percent of the time, u need to have V taper with some robustness, rest is cope

isolation is only supposed to be complementary on top of compound.

if you're actually 'spamming' isolation it negatively impacts the volume of your compounds.

U still need good insertion to show your mogger torso at social media/dating apps.
I felt for it for too long. I am torso dominant so my arms dont grow without isolation. Compounds are necessary but thats not enough.

Isolations don’t take much time after the compounds.

And who has an hour and a half for the gym? Looksmaxers.

Just basic compounds can quicky get a little bit boring & repetitive, brahs.

Not unlike sexual activity, variety and experimentation can be fun & interesting.

There's evidence to conflict either, especially when it comes to hypertrophy

Sorry I'm not about fucking up my back and descending into 5" with squats.

I will continue to leg press and remain 6ft tall.

some muscles require isolation though

side delts and back delts are only trained effectively with lateral raises and reverse flys respectively

also the forearm grows best with isolated excersizes to hit every muscle

Side delts need lateral raising.

For rear delts, in theory, all you need to do is row. But for most lifters, the end range of motion of the row is so much weaker than the rest that they fail to stimulate the rear delt when they row because they can’t use the rear-delt-stimulating part of the ROM.

Isolation is the key to hypertrophy. Compound movements will get you marginally fit, but not anything spectacular. In order to look big in cloths, you need to have large arms, shoulders, traps, and a good v-taper. If you just do a bunch of compound movements, it will take much longer to get to the point where people can tell that you're actually fit in cloths.

If you're prettyboy maxxing, then compound only is probably the way to go. If you're mascmaxxing, then isolation is important.

I feel like traps are my most developed muscle and I've never done a single shrug. They get hit on like everything.
