isotretinoin(accutane) topical and Hydrocortisone for nose

im thinking about starting isotretinoin(accutane) but topical and apply it just on the nose because i dont really have a problem with acne and also i want to start Hydrocortisone for the same reason, but my question its the following one: will the topical accutane just for nose will have the same effect for the nose? because i've heard that the reason your nose shrinks during accutane its because of oil glands.

also, i would also be open to use accutane as pills if it would have a greater effect for the nose, i find the side effects as being very light tbh

I just started orally taking 20mg every 3 days 2 weeks ago. So far no results but I just started. I don’t have acne I’m just using this for glass skin and nose shrinking purposes

and do you have any idea if i should do topical instead of oral? if i come to think about it, i think it would actually be better if i'd apply it topical just on my nose, could have more effect on it but idk, i really want to hear sum opinions on this

yea, that's why i would do it too, but maybe the dosage its too low, have you checked your derma or you've made that dosage up yourself?
