Isotretinoin lymphatic swelling

i’ve been on isotretinoin at 60 mg a day for the past six months and only recently I have developed some lymphatic swelling that is affecting the visibility of my jaw. Does anyone have any solutions for this other than lowering my dose?

i dont know i just assumed because it started with the isotretinomin use, im gettting a blood panel if i dont get an answer here

So its been an ongoing issue for 6 months?? Id say blood panel it tbh, bc i dont think its the isotrerinoin. Now if the symptoms started right sfter isotreyinoin then i dsay yes itd that, but sere talking 6 months after the fact

??? Contradict yourself within two posts. Dumbass question. No images to even determine what you're mentioning is "lymphatic swelling". As if a blood panel has any correlation here.

And on another, more mature note, a blood panel actually DOES have correlation. Isotretinoin has, in the past, and currently, been linked to kidney problems/failure, furthermore, lymphatic swelling is a early sign of kidney failure, that is my reason for worry.
Please consider iq maxxing before responding with such impudence.
