No the structure of my nose did not change nor did I experienced any pain. The only side effect I experienced is mild dryness of the lips and skin. Nothing irreversible.

I'm sure that you will love the results of isotret.

Unless you’re a cute little 40kg petite polish femboy you shouldn’t be running 20mg. Up to 20mg after about a month. Although some people do respond very well to smaller dosages
