Issue with losing weight when you're an incel..

As an incel, you tend to be agitated and bored (due to lack of social activities) and pretty much unhappy.. When losing weight, the little happiness that could be achieved from food is also removed.. It makes life even more difficult and weight loss is extremely slow!!! I am doing OMAD and sometimes hunger gets to me and I end up eating an orange or a banana and then regret it!!! Also, when I eat, I have to eat something less indulging which is protein rich, low carb diet.. I wish I never gained weight. Losing weight is so hard.

Yes, food is a great cope.

Truth be told straight up fasting is arguably the best way to lose weight as an incel. You won't feel full on fasting but you won't on poverty calories either. Plus your t-levels get cucked when you're on a calorie deficit so you might wanna lose the weight quickly

Some will argue against this and they have a point, but it's worth considering IMO

yeah, this is why when you're bluepilled is the best chance for you to ever lose weight, after that it's nearly impossible unless you gym max, just no motivation to do so once you become blackpilled as an incel

Food= Only thing that makes me feel good as I don't okay video games anymore.

I lost 5 kg so far in two weeks so far. It would have been easier if drugs were legal, so you could just dopaminemaxx on cocaine and not care about food. But of course govt. has to take away so you are not too independent to not get brain washed by their lies.

I tried that. I almost passed out after 3 days. TBH it's not the hunger but boredom that gets to me. I get no more pleasure from video games even though I got PS4 and a gaming PC.

Read my threads. Losing weight is easy if you eat enough sugar. What I mean by "enough" can be read in my threads. I've been losing weight effortlessly without committing to any kind of restrictive diet or going to bed hungry. I was 110+ kg in the past with chubby cheeks and double chin.

Go on a waterfast only drinking liquids no coffee and you will lose weight if you weight train as well

Well, I think your strategy for achieving your goal is weak, and multiple places in your post you provide hints to that:

1. My social life is non-existent and food is my only cope,
You don't need a social life to lose weight. In fact, it's counterproductive because most of social interactions revolve around food that is indulgent and calorie-rich, which is a recipe for disaster.

2. Dopaminemaxx: You don't need cocaine to dopaminemaxx. The best action you can take right now is to include some cardio in your daily routine. It will help you immensely:
- Will help create a calorie deficit
- Optimizes neurotransmitters and greatly elevates your mood.
- Helps keep the fat-burning metabolic pathways active.

3. Mentality: Occasionally having a banana or a treat in small portions is okay. It's even advisable for keeping your motivation high. You must change your mentality of feeling guilt if you indulge in a small treat.

I relate so much to it. 2-3 years ago, I used to fall for the "muh low-bf" meme. I was dedicating several weeks on the threadmill and trying not to eat anything but it didn't equated to any increase of smv. Still was irrelevant.

It's really hard to lose weight when you are blackpilled and you work a night-time job and you haven't got any surgery !

I tried water fasting before. I lost a lot of the muscles. Moreover, I got crazy and binge ate and then throwing up. Maybe I killed someone in my previous life to be born with shitty genes. Right now, this method (intermittent fasting) is working well for me. I eat a lot of chicken and beef and egg stuff. However, I get moments where I have nothing to do and feel like I could have had a snack (bad habits die slow).

I agree to your post; however, it was more of a rant. I am doing well with weight loss. I started with 78 kg and now today I was 72kg and it's been 2 weeks.

Social life is more like having girls texting you, so you feel like you exist.. It's just bad habits that I am trying to forget like using food as coping mechanism. I am also 27 now and video games feel boring to me. Watching TV is even more boring. I do cardio, but then it's alone time again. I do have a gf btw.

Also, it's my weakness to snack every now and then. Even if I eat a banana or Orange, I feel bad because it reminds me of the bad habit and I need to quit resorting to food or it can trigger chain reaction of me binge eating.

Weight loss is difficult initially, but it gets easier as you develop new and healthier habits. It just takes time and effort.

Hey man, I'm a fatass to I lost 6 pounds in a week intermittent fasting and limiting my calories to 1500 a day. You don't have to completely get rid of unhealthy junk food just make sure you're getting nutrients from your other meals and count your calories constantly or you're fucked. If you feel like binging all of a sudden just drink a ton of water. It might take you a little while to go sometime without eating though just keep motivating yourself because you're going to drop some weight

You adderal? I did take it before and couldn't sleep for two nights straight and became a zombie. I am taking Buspirone right now and it is for anxiety, but it also causes one to snack more often. I am doing well on my diet for two weeks and haven't skipped or cheated. I just wish there was some drug like cocaine that was still available so you can just dopaminemaxx and forget about it.

I am doing intermittent fasting too. I am just trying to adapt to this life style and never touch junk. I want to completely change my eating habits to only healthy food and no more fast food and low nutrition stuff. So far it's been 2 weeks and going fine other than boredom. I lost 5 kg in two weeks which is about same as you, but I am also working out and getting muscles. My chest is now 95cm.
Never was that low, but even higher BF i have good bones.. If i had your phenotype i would be a MM.
Could you DM me a photo? I wanna see how good is your bone structure because mine sucks.
