Hi everyone, I’m having some issues with my order from WWB and wanted to ask if anyone has experienced something similar.
My shipment status has been “electronically announced” and then “in transit to DHL” for the past 15 days without any updates.
I was told that 0244 are the last digits of Angel’s correct phone number, so the contact itself should be right. However, my main concern is that my messages don’t seem to go through, and I’m not getting any replies. The same happens when I try to contact others like Cavan or Gary.
So my question is: if the contact details are correct, why are my messages not being delivered or answered?
Has anyone else experienced this kind of issue with communication or shipping delays?
