“It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live...”

Thinking, dreaming of what could have been and what could be

Yet the monotonous soundtrack of life drones on incessantly - indifferent to dreams, apathetic to aspiration

The zest once felt, the passion that once burned fervently withers

Like the seed that, if nurtured, buds into the most brilliant of blossoms. Radiating outward in all directions, a beacon of vibrance

But left uncared for, it fades...

Forgotten.

Perhaps it does do to dwell on dreams and forget to live. For to truly live is nothing more than to dream, to forsake one’s corporeal afflictions and to feign happiness through his own reverie.
