I even fraud away my recessed mandible by having a 3mm moustache tapering down into a 10mm beard and then tapering it back up to 3mm on the cheeks to give an illusion of squareness of the jaw angles.

I feel that even this is verging on unacceptable fraud to deal with < 10mm of lower jaw recession and a properly projected chin.

I guess at the end of the day it always depends on how bad your failos are and is subjective.
