it is much better to only move when u feel like it. if you dont feel like walking and force yourself to do it for 30 minutes or so it does more harm than good because of the cortisol spike

its like x is not equal x

you can get much better and easier results if you feel like walking or exercising, than if you force yourself to do it despite having no lust for it, cuz of the corstilso spike

this is an extremely huge finding by MVP, because the retard doctors will recommend u to walk and exercise even if u dont feel like it, but they are mistaken. u will also feel often enough like moving and will do so automatically. like often enough i get a feeling to walk and then go outside or walk through the ward and its easy. its hard if i dont feel like walking and force myself to do it. forcing yourself to do things is not good, because of the increased cortisol

if u feel like moving, do it.
the moment u dont feel like it, stop it immediately instantly
