The only person you should compare yourself to is your past self.
I know it sounds bluepilled but actually this is the mindset you need if you want to improve.
So accept your current self, accept the past, focus on what you got now, have a realistic goal, and do everything you can to achieve it, so at the end of the day you won't be miserable cause you will know that you REALLY have tried. It might be easier to give up, ldar, blame your current state on bad circumstances, say it's over, over and over again.. but it's not healthy, it will leave you at the same position,no progress. You weren't born with supreme genetics but I'm sure you still can do something with your life..
So in practice:
step 1: softmaxx if you were fat, with a bad haircut, weak collagen, it can make a huge difference
step 2: moneymaxx (before statusmaxxing, before entering the dating market, ideally you need to be surgery maxxed) commit crimes, learn something that you can do online, get a job.
step 3: Be consistent at anything you do and you'll see results
