It looks like it is acne rather than acne scars on your face, so it should really help.

I don’t wanna be rude, so don’t take this as disrespect. But you’re ugly right now, 3.5 PSL. You can improve though.

Drop your body fat percentage down to 10%. Going on a low carb diet can help you with that.

Use accutane for your skin. That will fix your acne.

When you hit 10% body fat, start building muscle at the gym. Start chewing (chew hard gum and hard foods. Look into falim gum)

Grow out your hair until it becomes an Afro.

O mínimo que você tem de fazer pra ter uma pele melhor:
>suar muito no minimo 3x por semana.
>não comer porcarias industrializadas, se eu fosse vc mudava pra uma alimentação o mais limpa possível.
>tomar banho gelado, nao precisa ser no corpo todo, mas pelo menos no rosto, fica uns 2min mais ou menos depois do banho com agua fria direto no rosto, isso fecha os seus poros. O bom é nao tomar banho quente, pq faz o contrário obviamente, abre os poros.
>viver num lugar limpo

faça isso, aí depois vc vai tratar se persistir essas espinhas e oleosidade com algum dermatologista ou se informando no youtube

aprenda a tirar foto direito, o ideal é que a camera fique um pouco acima do seu rosto, vc faz o contrario, eu tb fazia.

Sim cara minha pele é minha maior falha tenho muitas manchas de espinhas, mas já comecei o tratamento com Roacutan.
O problema de abaixar muito o bf é que vai ficar com o aspecto muito magro acho que isso vai ficar ruim pra mim
