idk if i got TMJ but earlier this year i chewed ONE FALIM PIECE AT A TIME and ended up getting clicking in both sides of my jaw coz i chewed through it

its now august and its getting better but i still click on my left side if i chew hard foods

I went to a dentist too, he actually did prescribe me oral anti-inflammatory pills. Pills didn’t work for me, therefore he had to directly inject the solution into my jaw

Try to chew equally. Also most imporant: DO NOT GRIND YOUR TEETH WHEN YOU ARE IN A RESTING POSITION (not chewing or eating).
That's how you fix your TMJ, no joke. Also try to pop your jaw as little as possible

i dont grind my teeth but my molars go from touching slightly to not touching at all, is this ok?
